Heath
Row posted a great idea on the Fast
Company blog yesterday. He was
looking at Getty
Images and highlighted their -”10 Ways —
how 10 different approaches to photography can change how you look at images”. He suggested that we review these 10 ways and
try to see how they might apply to what we do. They are: light, information,
memory, space, response, emotion, color, truth, time, and transformation.
As we’ve
discussed before, one’s ability to change (themselves and their environment) is
often tied to their ability to view things from various perspectives, empathize,
and realign old ideas in new ways.
I think Heath has
found a GREAT exercise to help us increase our capacity for change.
Technorati tags: Business, Perspective, Art
Ming – That’s a great question. I would say that it does because 1) there is a concrete discussion of a concept developed for photography, and 2) more important than 1, change whether in business or not, requires reflection, creativity, and perspective – sounds like art to me! I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
does this post really warrent the Tag: art?
