It’s top-down, bottom-up, inside-out,
outside-in, and sideways!

Change
may start with me, but for it to get much farther than that I’m going to
need a team. 

Teams are built on trust
and respect.

Selfishness, arrogance,
and superiority erode trust.

No one is better than me.
