The American Institute of Physics Publishing (AIPP) provides the global physical science community with a comprehensive collection of highly cited, peer reviewed scientific information. Accessed by researchers at nearly 4,000 institutions worldwide, AIP Publishing has a portfolio of 17 journals and also publishes on behalf of several of their Member Societies and other publishing partners.

AIPP engaged Delta Think to lead several different market research initiatives all designed to best understand how academic and corporate physicists use digital content in their workflows, perceive different competitive products, select different products for different workflows, and incorporate different devices for research in different settings. Our consultants employed several different levels of market research tactics, from surveys to in-depth interviews, to explore these areas. We then provided insights into product development, enhancement, competitive knowledge, branding, and positioning for AIPP.
