Zsolt Silberer has over twenty-five years of STM and educational publishing experience, holding senior positions in product management, market development and publishing. His passion is to help organizations translate complex technologies into meaningful use cases. He has developed several online databases products, overseen innovations in eBook and journal platforms and lead numerous change management exercises for commercial and society publishers.
For the past 8 years, Zsolt was Publisher for the American Water Works Association and Ecological Society of America managing well recognized journals as well as an extensive book and standards publishing program. Working together with executive boards he launched 4 new Open Access journals, a practitioner focused video training program, and an online standards and manuals database. Zsolt was a founding partner of Incite Partners, a digital consultancy focused on helping craft business cases and business plans, researching target markets and customers, and building product strategies with solid go-to-market plans and tactics.
Zsolt is active in industry and professional organizations and is currently working with SSP on the Educational Program and the Task Force on Career Progression.
