Do you remember watching
TV and hearing the words “we are experiencing technical difficulty”?
Do you remember what came
next?
“Please stand by.”
We just had to wait a few
minutes while a team of people feverishly went about fixing our problem.
In those days, technical
difficulties only prevented us from watching the news or being
entertained.
Now when I experience
technical difficulty it also impacts my ability to conduct business and
maintain relationships.
Now, I can’t stand by AND I
have to fix it myself!
And we call that progress 🙂
