Mike Sherlock is an expert in content technologies, workflow creation and optimization, and change management. He has led our clients through digital strategy development, process and technology assessment, vendor selection management, training, and system testing, while driving progress as a Project Manager/Business Analyst on a variety of initiatives. His engagements have focused predominantly on membership and non-membership focused medical and scientific commercial and non-profit organizations as well as higher education and professional education publishers.
Mike has spent over 25 years managing change by leading technology projects, digital strategy initiatives, competitive technology assessments, and creating and executing detailed strategy, product, and technology roadmaps. Prior to joining Delta Think in 2011, he worked in a variety of operational, technical, and project management roles at North American Publishing, Springhouse, Wolters Kluwer Health – Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, and RSI Content Solutions.
