Beth Welch has spent over 15 years in project and program management with an emphasis on technologies, digital strategies, content management, and product development. Prior to consulting, Beth worked in association management, overseeing day-to-day operations as well as content and product development. Beth gravitated to a consulting role to help organizations use technology to leverage their content offerings across a wide array of platforms and delivery channels.

Beth provides expertise in educational product development and dissemination through her work as founder of a technology company dedicated to providing educational development, capture, delivery, and product solutions for the STM association and pharmaceutical industries. Beth has also assisted many clients with the selection and implementation of content management systems, association management systems, and learning management systems. She has taken a hands-on approach to all aspects of content strategy for clients including content analysis, managing content workflows, digital conversions, and content migrations.
