Philippa Kennealy, of The
Entrepreneurial MD,
recently wrote about the role of anger in determining your next
entrepreneurial venture.

What frustrates you? Why? What can be done about it?

What can YOU do about it?

Just after reading that
post I read about Jon
Carder
, a 28-year old serial entrepreneur from San Diego.

His latest venture is MojoPages.

According to their blog, “MojoPages.com
is a next generation … type of yellow pages… YellowPages 2.0 … We will have all
the 15 million businesses you see listed in a typical online yellow pages
directory and then we combine it with a social networking environment… You’ll
be able to … share ratings, reviews and information all focused on
helping you find the businesses in your community who are treating their
customer’s right.”

What caused him to dream up
MojoPages?

Jon needed a moving
company and didn’t have any referrals. Since
all of the companies he called (from the Yellow Pages) offered the same service
at about the same price, he just picked one. When the move was over they held his TV hostage until he paid them three
times the estimated moving price.

“Being frustrated and
broke by the whole experience I vowed to fix the problem but I didn’t know
exactly how.

Why isn’t there a place
where you can write about your experiences, both good and bad, with local
businesses? Then we could all learn from one another which businesses are
providing great service, then we could all enjoy great service every time.”

Do you want to start a
business?

Well then – what’s bugging
YOU?
